What is Cloud?

The cloud lets you take advantage of our state of the art technology for your own employee management needs. You can manage your employees and access data from any location whenever you need it via our secure online environment.

Cloud Explained

The cloud allows you store and access data and programs over the internet instead of from your computer.

Cloud services take the stress out of managing software because the installation, maintenance and upgrade of the software is centralised and conducted by the cloud service provider.

The multi-tenancy nature of the cloud means that the costs associated with a cloud service are spread across a number of clients, reducing the cost for any individual client. Other resources are also pooled in this way, so that each client gets access to a more secure and robust solution. For example, as higher quality technicians are available to maintain the cloud than any individual client could afford.

Being internet based, you can usually access a cloud service from any location and on any device, provided that you have internet access.

Why Cloud?

Unlike traditional software where you’re expected to purchase per-computer licences and have software installed and data replicated in every location that you might need it, the cloud makes your software and data available at your finger tips by placing it within a secure online infrastructure.

Cloud services are usually subscription based so there’s no need to worry about forking out for an annual renewal fee or any product upgrade fees. In fact, you’ll typically get access to the latest software versions as they are released.

Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) allow cloud services to seamlessly ‘talk’ to each other and share information, letting you select the combination of cloud services that work best for your organisation.

How it works

It’s easy!

We provide you with access to our secure online application. If you need us, we’re here to help you get started and can assist you with all aspects of the set up and implementation process.

You’ll pay an ongoing subscription fee that changes in line with your usage, for example, the number of employees that you have or the features that are available to you will affect your subscription fee.

You’ll maintain complete control of your data and how you use the service, but you have access to our team of product experts via phone or email if you need us.
